Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate and Business Transaction Attorney in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney, with at least 3 years in real estate and/or business transactions. They should be ready to manage sophisticated matters independently and mentor junior associates.

Duties

  • Manage complex real estate and business transactions independently.
  • Mentor and guide junior associates within the team.
  • Engage with clients, including landowners, developers, and investors.
  • Participate in leadership roles within the practice group.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
  • Minimum of 3 years in real estate and/or business transactions.
  • Established community reputation or existing clientele in the Denver metro, Boulder County, Weld County, or Fort Collins area preferred.
  • Motivated to provide exceptional client service and sound professional judgment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
