Duties

• Manage assigned cases with appropriate supervision and sound judgment.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and related filings.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
• Analyze new matters, identify key issues, and help develop litigation strategy.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors.
• Assist with filings, deadlines, case management systems, and file organization.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn legal technology.
• Prior litigation experience preferred; strong early-career candidates considered.
• Clerkship experience, trial advocacy, moot court, or similar experience valuable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
