Duties

  • Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred.
  • Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar License in the state of Texas required.
  • Multiple licenses are a plus.
