Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney (Mid-Level) in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of litigation experience, with a focus on medical malpractice, personal injury, and insurance defense. Duties

  • Provide legal advice and representation to healthcare providers and related entities.
  • Research legal issues and prepare judicial pleadings.
  • Evaluate medical records and facilitate the discovery process.
  • Support trials and participate in case management.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Supervise and provide feedback to associates and staff.
  • Stay informed on changes in medical malpractice and insurance defense law.
  • Record billable and non-billable work accurately.

Requirements

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Washington.
