Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Lawyer in Boca Raton, FL to assist in representing lenders and servicers in real estate litigation, creditor bankruptcy matters, evictions, and REO closings across Florida. The firm also handles residential and commercial real estate closings for buyers, sellers, and lenders statewide.

Duties

  • Prepare pleadings, including complaints, motions, affidavits, and judgments.
  • Manage contested files, including depositions, discovery, hearing coverage, and trials.
  • Engage in real estate litigation and creditor bankruptcy matters.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Florida bar license.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Experience in creditor bankruptcy and real estate closings preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
