A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Lonoke, AR.   • Review case materials and evidence to identify key issues related to estate planning, small businesses, or other legal matters.
  • Collaborate with the legal team on litigation strategies and courtroom preparations for hearings or trials.
  • Maintain accurate records of all legal research activities and administrative tasks within the law office management system.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Proficiency with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis is essential.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce well-organized legal documents under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with legal drafting and administrative tasks within a busy law office environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive attitude toward resolving complex legal issues.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analyze complex legal issues effectively.
