Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of business litigation experience to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. The successful candidate will support the Business Litigation Practice Group, demonstrating expertise in various litigation processes and client interactions.

Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Engage in motion practice, including preparation and argument.
• Manage and organize case files effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop and discover expert witnesses.
• Assist in trial preparation and proceedings.
• Participate in business development activities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of business litigation experience preferred.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills required.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills necessary.
• Desire for client contact and hands-on litigation experience.
• Must be admitted to practice in Minnesota (or eligible).

Education
