Job Overview

A law firm seeks an AI Project Attorney in San Francisco, CA, with the option for 100% remote work within the US. The role involves supporting the integration and use of artificial intelligence in legal services, collaborating across various teams and departments.

Duties

  • Develop and build generative AI workflows and use cases for legal practice.
  • Create materials for different practice areas and roles.
  • Expand prompt and workflow libraries and drive utilization by lawyers.
  • Collaborate with practice groups on AI adoption and utilization.
  • Train lawyers and timekeepers on AI through sessions and workshops.
  • Support the development of AI communities of practice.
  • Maintain understanding of generative AI tools and best practices.
  • Assist in technology onboarding and adoption for legal practice.
  • Communicate with clients on AI and legal tech solutions.
  • Develop case studies for marketing and business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as an attorney in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with generative AI and machine learning.
  • Experience in developing AI workflows and supporting legal technology adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Availability to travel as necessary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications

  • Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
