Duties

  • Support trustees through trust administration processes.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of legal experience in estate planning, probate, or guardianship.
  • Active Arizona bar license in good standing.
  • Strong client-facing skills and confidence in leading meetings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active Arizona bar license.

Skills

  • Experience with estate planning and guardianship proceedings.
  • Familiarity with Clio or similar practice management systems.
