Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate for its Finance - Banking (Lender Side) practice in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance. Duties

• Advise clients on private credit and acquisition finance transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative financing strategies.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating complex financial deals.
• Provide legal counsel on leveraged finance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong understanding of private credit and acquisition finance.
• Experience with leveraged finance transactions preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
