Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant practice areas.
  • Experience in handling litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and collections cases.
  • Familiarity with real estate, default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections.
  • High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional, responsive, and time-bound client service.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
