Duties

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and business transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review transactional documents.
• Conduct legal due diligence and provide practical recommendations.
• Counsel clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of transactions.
• Provide ongoing legal advice on commercial contracts and risk management.

Requirements

• Strong client relationships and ability to generate work.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Maryland Bar membership required; DC/VA Bar membership is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in Maryland (required).
• Bar membership in DC/VA (preferred).
