Duties

• Manage all phases of pre-trial construction litigation and arbitration.
• Lead first-chair trial and arbitration hearings.
• Advise homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and Condominium Associations on construction and renovation issues.
• Communicate empathetically with clients needing guidance on critical issues.
• Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Negotiate with opposing parties to resolve construction disputes.
• Direct and delegate work on complex litigation matters to associates and paralegals.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Florida with 10+ years of construction litigation experience.
• Knowledge of Florida's Construction Lien Law and Condo/HOA laws.
• Results-oriented with a focus on positive client outcomes.
• Experience in the construction industry or transactional work is a plus.
