Duties

• Manage a caseload involving insurance defense matters such as personal injury, property damage, and liability claims

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Provide legal advice and case strategy to clients

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure effective representation

• Stay current with laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to insurance defense

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Demonstrated trial experience

• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously

• High ethical standards and professionalism

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
