Duties

  • Manage and oversee personal injury defense cases.
  • Prepare and review pleadings and motions.
  • Participate in depositions and expert depositions.
  • Appear for oral arguments, pre-trial conferences, and trials.

Requirements

  • Admitted to practice law in Michigan with a valid P-number.
  • Over three years of litigation experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
