  • Title, easement, and boundary disputes

  • Purchase and sale agreement litigation

  • HOA, CC&R, and community-association enforcement

  • Brokerage liability or real property torts

  • Depositions, court appearances, and motion practice

…we want to speak with you.

  • Handle landlord-tenant disputes, lease enforcement, and eviction matters.

  • Litigate construction, development, title, easement, and boundary issues.

  • Manage purchase and sale agreement disputes and contract-based claims.

  • Assist HOAs and property owners with CC&R enforcement and related matters.

  • Conduct discovery, take depositions, write motions, and appear in court.

  • Work directly with clients, developers, owners, lenders, and property managers.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of litigation experience, ideally with real estate exposure.

  • Knowledge of commercial property disputes, contracts, or construction matters.

  • Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills.

  • Ability to manage active case dockets and multiple deadlines.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Excellent motion practice and advocacy abilities.

  • Clear communication with clients and internal teams.

  • Strong organizational and case-management skills.

  • Ability to analyze complex property issues and apply real estate statutes.

  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and collaborative.
