• Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams including case managers, intake specialists, and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD).
• Licensed and in good standing in Maryland.
• Demonstrated experience handling personal injury matters.
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Professional maturity and results-driven mindset.
