This role requires a process-driven individual with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, capable of mentoring junior associates and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff.
• Produce timely and accurate deliverables.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
• Travel as required for client meetings and business development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong academic background and transferable skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
