Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts. Duties

• Draft, review, and revise credit agreements and related documents.
• Manage deal processes and client interactions.
• Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality work product.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in finance or corporate law.
• Experience with syndicated credit facilities and acquisition financings.
• Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Strong academic background in law.

Certifications

• Massachusetts Bar admission or eligibility.
