Duties

  • Support transactions for the Medical and Dental Services Organizations group.
  • Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
  • Engage in financing transactions and general corporate representation.
  • Handle entity formation, capitalization, and corporate governance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Interest in the healthcare industry.
  • Eligibility for admission to the Texas State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Texas State Bar.
