Duties

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience in IP law.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Licensed to practice law or ability to become licensed in the state of employment.
• Background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field.
• Experience with wireless communication standards is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
