Duties

  • Collaborate with partners on training strategy and vision for business units.
  • Drive development and implementation of training programs.
  • Lead monthly Training Council meetings for the business unit.
  • Assess training needs and create relevant programs with stakeholders.
  • Track associate training in collaboration with senior managers.
  • Incorporate legal technology and innovative solutions into training.
  • Maintain training inventory on the firm's learning platform.
  • Conduct regular meetings with aligned groups to assess needs.

Requirements

  • Experienced attorney with 7+ years of substantive proficiency.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in legal and workplace technology.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
