A reputable law firm located in Baltimore, MD, with a strong presence across multiple states, is seeking an experienced Immigration Litigation Attorney through a legal recruiting agency. This position offers a remote work arrangement and is ideal for a driven legal professional who thrives in dynamic, high-volume environments. The attorney will lead complex litigation matters focused on immigration law, supporting clients facing removal proceedings and other legal challenges in federal or immigration courts.

Duties:

• Advocate for clients in immigration court proceedings

• Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams

• Manage a robust docket of active immigration cases

• Draft, edit, and file motions, legal briefs, and supporting documentation

• Conduct in-depth legal research on immigration policies, statutes, and case law

• Monitor and interpret evolving legislation and judicial decisions impacting immigration litigation

• Engage in legal advocacy related to asylum, border enforcement, and access to representation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in immigration litigation

• Licensed and in good standing with any U.S. State Bar or Puerto Rico

• Eligible for employment in the United States

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction or Puerto Rico
