Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Assist clients with probate and estate administration
Counsel clients on tax and asset protection issues related to estate planning
Review and update existing estate plans based on changing needs and legal developments
Handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing estate planning law
