Duties:

  • Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and provide trial assistance.
  • Maintain substantial client contact and actively participate in marketing efforts.
  • Work towards achieving long-term career goals and potential partnership.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in first- and third-party property and casualty insurance litigation.
  • Excellent academic qualifications.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and marketing.
  • Familiarity with Aderant/Client Profiles is a plus.
  • Proficient in time management and the use of Microsoft Word/Microsoft Office.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
