Job Overview

A law firm seeks an outgoing and energetic family law attorney in Annapolis, Maryland. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively represent clients in various family law matters.

Duties

  • Represent clients in separation and divorce cases.
  • Handle custody and visitation issues.
  • Manage spousal and child support matters.
  • Address marital property disputes.
  • Obtain protective orders for clients.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in Maryland and good standing with the Maryland Bar.
  • One to five years of experience practicing law in Maryland.
  • District Court experience preferred.
  • Experience in family law, including discovery, negotiations, and trials, is a plus.
  • Charismatic and highly motivated individual.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
