Job Overview

The firm is looking for individuals with strong expertise in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates law. Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record in client management, business development, and leadership in handling sophisticated legal matters. The role will provide opportunities to contribute to the firm’s strategic direction, lead teams, and expand its client base across multiple offices.

Duties

  • Lead and manage complex legal matters across various practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest quality of service.
  • Drive business development efforts to grow and expand the firm’s practice areas.
  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, fostering their growth and development within the firm.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction and leadership initiatives of the firm.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates law.
  • Proven business development skills and the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing legal teams and complex cases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality legal services while contributing to a collaborative firm culture.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.

Skills

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Business development and client relationship-building expertise.
