Duties

• Communicate with clients, claim adjusters, experts, and witnesses.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience in state or federal court.
• Active California bar admission in good standing.
• Experience with trial preparation.
• Strong oral advocacy and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California bar admission.
