Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Incentives Associate to join its corporate practice in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience advising domestic and international companies on expansion or relocation in the US, developing corporate headquarters, and negotiating economic development incentives. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the state of California.
