• Draft and submit motions and filings promptly.
• Maintain professional attire and punctuality for work and court appearances.
• Build and maintain respectful client relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and community events.
• Accurately bill time concurrently.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of criminal defense experience.
• High energy and eagerness to learn.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent time management and client service commitment.
• Willingness to travel throughout Alameda County and the Bay Area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
