Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a dynamic Advertising, Marketing, and Promotions Partner to provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of advertising and promotional activities across various media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advertising law, litigation, and client representation, with a strong commitment to client service and business development.

Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel on advertising, marketing, and promotions matters in traditional and new media
• Protect clients’ business interests and brand elements throughout the campaign life cycle
• Counsel clients to avoid and respond to challenges from government agencies, competitors, and consumers
• Lead litigation of false advertising and unfair competition claims in court and before NAD
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in business development initiatives

Requirements:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• 10 years of specialized experience in advertising law
• Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff

Education & Certifications:

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
