Job Overview

A law firm seeks a full-time Estates and Probate Associate Attorney in Springfield, MA. The successful candidate will join a team specializing in Estate Planning, Elder Law, Estate Tax Preparation, and Probate and Trust Administration, providing dedicated representation to clients.

Duties

  • Consult with clients to assess case details and merits.
  • Conduct legal research using legislation and case law.
