Pensacola office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises liability attorney with 3+ years of personal injury experience. The candidate will assist in the day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases. Will be drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandums. Guide clients through the case process. Interaction with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.

The candidate should have a Law degree from a fully accredited law school. The ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases is required. Must have excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter drove by long-term career goals needed. Should have superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
