Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private equity and M&A, with a focus on advising financial sponsors and investors on complex transactions.

Duties

• Advise clients on private equity and M&A transactions across various industries.
• Counsel clients in the health care services sector, including post-acute care and digital health.
• Manage transactions independently while collaborating with a team.
• Integrate legal technology and innovative frameworks into deal processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in private equity and M&A.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with design thinking and disruptive innovation principles is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
