Duties

• Conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Develop, send, and respond to discovery requests.

• Research and draft motions and briefs.
• Conduct client and witness interviews.
• Appear in court as needed.
• Assist with plaintiff's discovery preparation.
• Delegate assignments to paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of asbestos experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education
