Duties

• Drive strategy on assigned litigation matters.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm.
• Excellent writing and judgment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong deposition experience.
• Comfortable in client-facing roles.
• Licensed in Michigan or Ohio, or eligible for admission by examination or waiver.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan or Ohio.
