Duties

• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Take and defend depositions of various witnesses.
• Manage case files autonomously, ensuring efficient case progression.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
• Experience in probate, trust, or estate litigation preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of California state court procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
