A law firm in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced Attorney to play a pivotal role in managing and directing the firm's prestigious Florida family law cases. The role involves comprehensive trial work, client representation, and fostering growth in family law practice.

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of trial work from client intake to judgment finalization.
• Negotiate and prepare marital settlement agreements and premarital agreements.
• Represent clients across all levels of family law proceedings.
• Conduct initial consultations and interview potential clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, and judgments.
• Participate actively in settlement negotiations.
• Prepare and appear for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with financial and psychological experts as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in Florida family law practice.
• Willingness to pursue Board Certification in Marital and Family Law within three years, if not already certified.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, honest representation and growing the family law practice.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving client objectives.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Florida family law.
