Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Leasing Attorney with a minimum of five years' experience in commercial leasing to join its Real Estate Group in San Francisco, CA. Duties

  • Lead in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.
  • Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys.
  • Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing.
  • Experience with office, retail, industrial, and life science leases.
  • Substantial experience representing landlords.

Education

  • JD

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' business objectives.
  • Strong negotiating and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
