Duties

• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare for and participate in trials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in family law.
• Licensed in California and in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Family Code Sections related to custody and visitation Requests for Order.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
