Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with five or more years of legal experience to join their Debt Finance practice in Boston. The ideal candidate will have experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations, or warehouse loans.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate collateral documents, disclosure schedules, loan amendments, and other loan transaction documents.
  • Manage projects effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of legal experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
