Litigation Attorney (Products Litigation or High-Volume Litigation)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of three years of general civil litigation experience, focusing on products litigation or high-volume litigation, to join their Los Angeles, CA office. The successful candidate will develop case strategies, participate in pre-trial efforts, and handle depositions, settlement discussions, and trial matters.

Duties

• Develop and implement case strategies.
• Participate in all pre-trial efforts.
• Handle depositions, settlement discussions, and trial matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight to ten years of general civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in products litigation or high-volume litigation is a plus.
• Ability to manage cases from inception through trial.
• Experience with Federal Court is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities professionally.
• California Bar admission in good standing is required.

• JD with excellent academic credentials.

• California Bar admission in good standing.
