Job Overview:

A law firm seeks experienced attorneys to join its growing team across a range of practice areas. The firm is expanding and looking for dedicated legal professionals to contribute to its mission of delivering top-tier legal services. Duties:

  • Provide expert legal services and representation in practice areas such as Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Personal Injury, Litigation, and Energy & Natural Resources.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to efficiently manage client cases.
  • Draft, review, and submit legal documents following state and federal legal requirements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, or negotiations, ensuring their interests are protected.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research, analyze relevant case law, and apply appropriate legal principles to active cases.
  • Provide legal advice and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical practice with clients.
  • Assist in developing tailored legal strategies that align with client needs and legal objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in one or more of the preferred legal practice areas.
  • Strong research and writing capabilities, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Attorneys: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Legal Assistants: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field (preferred).

Certifications:

  • Attorneys: Active membership in the bar of Oklahoma, Colorado, or Texas (or eligibility for admission).
  • Legal Assistants: Certification from an accredited legal assistant program (preferred but not required).

Skills:

  • Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
