Associate Attorney

The candidate will work in the general corporate practice representing companies, investors, and lenders in corporate finance, venture capital, private equity, M&A, and other corporate and commercial transactions. Must have experience in transactions, including experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of agreements. Licensure to practice law in the State of Maryland or the District of Columbia is required.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and an ability to take on and complete assignments in a remote environment. Organizational and time-management skills are essential. Must also be able to work as part of a team and exercise practical judgment.
