Job Overview

A law firm seeks an eDiscovery Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their eDiscovery & Litigation Services team. This position is available in any of the firm's offices, including Denver, CO. The successful candidate will support the team by providing exceptional services to clients, focusing on advanced technological resources and collaborative approaches.

Duties

  • Promote the firm's discovery resources and capabilities through training and relationship cultivation.
  • Advise case teams and clients on discovery process improvements and technology use.
  • Provide training on litigation applications and best practices.
  • Advise on document preservation and collection strategies.
  • Draft litigation hold notices and conduct client interviews for document collection.
  • Collaborate with analysts on data collection and processing.
  • Develop strategies for data culling and craft search terms for review.
  • Advise on document review processes and supervise review teams.
  • Collaborate on document production specifications and quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney.
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with Relativity.
  • Experience managing multiple complex matters simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
