Duties

  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
  • Manage publicly and privately traded securities matters.
  • Oversee corporate maintenance and formation activities.
  • Engage in corporate finance and licensing tasks.
  • Participate in venture capital financing projects.

Requirements

  • 2nd to 6th year associate experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Excellent credentials from a top law school.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • California Bar admission.
