Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including automobile accidents and workplace injuries.
• Manage a caseload from intake to resolution, including legal research and document drafting.

• Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Develop strategies for case resolution, including settlements and litigation.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure case progress.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and legal trends.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar, in good standing.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills, including compassion and empathy.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
