Duties

• Lead and grow your practice by leveraging existing client relationships and expanding within the firm's network.
• Deliver exceptional client results in high-exposure Workers' Compensation defense matters.

• Build and lead a high-performing team of attorneys and support staff.
• Shape strategic direction in collaboration with firm leadership.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
• A portable book of business with established client relationships.
• Proven track record in business development and client retention.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
