Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in finance or corporate law.
• Experience with broadly syndicated credit facilities.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• California Bar admission.
