Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its Phoenix, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly on the developer side.

Duties

  • Draft purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations, and other development-related agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on complex real estate transactions.
  • Represent homebuilders in various transactions (preferred).
  • Engage in a broad range of development-related work.

Requirements

  • Four plus years of quality experience in real estate transactions.
  • Experience on the developer side of real estate transactions.
  • Arizona Bar membership or eligibility for admission upon motion.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Arizona Bar or ability to obtain membership.

Skills

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough due diligence.
  • Experience with development-related legal work.
